Y’all remember how high he used to run last year? This off season was tremendous for him. I also don’t see other backs finishing runs on their feet as often as he does either. He reminds me of Shawn Alexander the way he runs.

I love how Hienike continues to do his fakes after he hands the ball off. It catches everytime he does it.
He might be the best at fakes and forcing offsides in the league.

I’ve been a big critic of Gibson ever since we drafted him. My biggest issues with him was that he ran too upright and didn’t get low enough. This is the reason he’s struggled on short yardage situations. Even this season prior to the BYE I wasn’t convinced he was our future at RB.
But, ever since coming out of the BYE he has been getting lower, peddling his feet and driving piles… essentially running harder. He’s just had his best 3 games of his career.
It’s simple…he’s not a feature back
If he can consistently hang on to the ball, he’s a top 5 back easily.
