Hes only human, if u notice how hard the guys fought winning these past games and the next future game should speak about how much they actually care about lynn. That speaks about his value to each players and to the organization.

@BIG214 Entertainment Your argument is weak, my friend. It’s called the NFL for a reason. Not For Long if you don’t produce as a HC. The length of a coaches stay depends on the ownership. Given the Spanos’ track record, and their disregard for the fans’ opinions, I don’t see Lynn going anywhere, even if he should be bounced. But Spanos kept McCoy and Turner beyond their sell by dates! So, sorry, the race CARD won’t work in this instance.

He seems like a good guy but he at the the very least ought to me demoted to an underling position. We need a new head coach and a drastic change in the organizational culture from the top down and bottom up.
I actually think this is smart. Lynn was an excellent motivator, and I think that might be worth keeping
Austin Ekeler should not be as good as he is and I think part of the reason is because of Lynn’s motivational ability and experience as a RB
That patriots game still has me salty- and that first raiders game still pisses me off.
Lynn is not the guy. No fans will show up if we don’t have a coach with a winning history.
That’s not it, we need a coach with the possibility of a winning future. Give me somebody untested like Lincoln Riley and watch this team thrive
@Jack Crassus this. Lynn DOES have a winning history. But it’s just that. History. We need someone who’s not stuck in the past and is able to evolve and adapt. Lynn has proved himself not that guy

At the end of the day, Chargers are NOT in the playoffs (again). IMO the culture has to change into a championship-mentality organization. Spanos and Telesco have to make serious culture-changing decisions. Choose wisely, go big.
