On the road. Division game. Late season. Guys are missing and teams are banged up. The Chief’s make it a team effort, as it should always be in those circumstances. Got the win and that’s all that matters. This team has a lot of scar tissue at this point. Mentally I think we’re even better than we were 2 years ago. We just need the coaches to be a little more creative in my opinion in the run game. I guess the jet sweeps are gone..OK I’m cool with that. Why? I guess the jet wide screens have replaced them because Mecole had his best game of the year. Let’s just keep doing new stuff now. Derek McKinnon also big time stepped up. I like his fast slashing style it really gives us a new wrinkle going into the postseason. Keep him under wraps though like we did today. A great team win against a very proud and prideful Denver squad. 13 in a row now. They gave it their absolute best. The single late turnover made the difference. It was a fantastic game in my opinion. Should show the world once again that the Chief’s still get everyone’s best. Yet they still find ways to win.

To your point about why Jet sweeps are out…I think it’s because there is plenty of tape that shows ways in which Chiefs use that play with different players. I think what’s hot now are the double and tripple TE sets that give physical presence for the first down and provides ample blocking for bubble screens and yards after the catch.
I agree. I keep saying how teams with poor records play us to their best of their ability. Thanks for the compliment, but I will pass. Lol.

Andy Reid, please force Spags to start Nick Bolton more. On that first touchdown run by Drew Lock Spags took both Nick Bolton and Willie Gay out, and look what happened? Drew ran right in.
If you pay attention to our defense from week one to now, Spags has always rotated players. Not sure what the benefit is other than our guys catching their wind. Most of the big plays happen when the rotation guys are in.

I’m so happy the Chiefs won I couldn’t watch the rest of the 2nd half of the game but once I heard the Chiefs won I was happy but props to the broncos they put up a great game big respects for them for that. #GOCHIEFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coach, the offense has not been sharp. It behaves just like a V-shaped: Up…then Down…Then Up. No consistency.

Playing without consistency is letting your guard down and letting somebody score a touchdown letting somebody get the first down if the Chiefs defense gets to the vantastic point of stopping the Run stopping all first downs and stopping the touchdowns will be the greatest defense in the NFL

The Chiefs need to re-watch the game they just played against the Broncos and see the mistakes they made on defense and how the Bronco offense faked them out and they got through the middle and made touchdowns the Chiefs defense was not watching the football at all and they ran right up the middle
Well there’s one thing you have to do when you play NFL football and you want to be Super Bowl champions you need to take the game serious and be on your toes the Texans needed to get the ball back Tennessee wasted time on the clock
I was only able to watch the highlights for this game and it still set me on edge great effort by the ENTIRE receiving core and that fumble recovery! Defense is hopefully healthy and ready to play like they have the past 6-7 weeks and just crush opposing offenses.
