The Indianapolis Colts are surprisingly up 26-14 over the Denver Broncos at halftime, and Andrew Luck is having a big day so far.
Through the first half, Luck had gone 16-of-25 with 199 yards and three touchdowns. With 20 points in standard scoring leagues, Luck was already one of the top-scoring fantasy quarterbacks in Week 7.
After scoring fewer than 14 points for the first time last week, grabbing just seven against the San Diego Chargers, Luck is having quite a bounce-back game. The Colts coaches want to establish a balanced offense, but at the same time they have the most talented young quarterback in the NFL to let loose.
He’s not a top-tier fantasy quarterback, but Luck is almost always a must-start in all fantasy leagues unless you have a guy like Peyton Manning or Drew Brees. If he keeps playing games like this, however, he’ll break into that elite category of fantasy quarterbacks.
