I wash hoping for some defensive help too but the pickings were slim with hefty price tags. Not much out there better then what we have. Just need to get healthy and start performing. Sendajo needs to stay the hell off the field! Hes terrible! Harrison has been getting better and looks good, Ward solid, Myles and Richardson great and solid. Other then that d has been awful!

Next year we have delpit and williams back. Also the capspace will go down significantly and we got some rookiedeals up for big contracts (ward, chubb, mayfield).
All starters on offense are under contract for 2021.
On D a lot of starters will be free agents so the offseason will be all about building that D

Why are the Browns “pleased” with a defense that can’t stop anyone. Can’t stop an offense on third down, rarely contests catches, and gives up way too much yards after catch or contact. The defense can’t tackle very well at all. Woods has to go. he is a complete failure along with Berry and his defensive players. With the exception of Myles Garret, and Denzel Ward they look like a bad high school defense. When will they learn you never replace players unless the person you replace is better.
You can’t turn the defense around overnight. They need to add to the depth and get a few impact players. Be patient
I agree to a certain degree. The defense is complete garbage besides a few players but joe can’t use the defense how he wants because his center piece in grant delpit got hurt before the season started. We should see improvement next season with him returning and a better d-line or linebacking core coming through the draft

With Teller healthy our line was dominating other teams! Baker hasn’t been under much pressure at all all year and the run blocking has been great!

This team is on pace to miss the playoffs with the most awful defense and defensive coordinator that continues to be ignored every year. They are embarrassing and nothing is being done to rectify it.
