He didn’t give up on that route, he said in one of these interviews that he didn’t think it was there and was trying to push to the next open window but he acknowledged that it was still his fault.

@Elliott Thurman on that play, the pass was supposed to go to the outside WR (I believe it was lamb in the corner of the end zone), Coop was the guy drawing the coverage to the inside… which happened. Coop wasn’t looking for the ball because he thought it was going to the corner of the endzone.

Just imagine if we didn’t have Kellen Moore as the OC. This offense is exactly the same as the 2019 offense … whee the offense could only win 8 games against mostly crap teams and was routinely getting behind and had to do catch up.

Jerry Jones thought Kellen Moore would be a better OC for the Cowboys …. than Jim Caldwell, Todd Haley or even Mike McCarthy. What an idiot GM the Cowboys have.

Kellen Moore was trained by Scott Linehan over 6 years as a backup … and Jerry Jones fired Scott Linehan and replaced him with Linehan 2.0. lol. But Kellen is actually worse than Linehan. 8-8 with the #1 offense .. is not better than 13-3, 9-7, 10- 6 & a playoff win.

Yeah. What would the 2019 & 2020 Cowboys be like … without Kellen Moore … but with Mike McCarthy running the offense. Certainly better than 8-8 and now 1-3.

As Jerry won’t be firing Kellen Moore this season … Mike really needs to push the up tempo, no huddle offense with Dak having more control of the offense. The offense has always been better up tempo … rather Dak obeying every single call from Kellen that most D’s anticipate and get a good rest while Dak is in the huddle.

Boys should have still won this game even with the silly turnovers and th weakened D. It was all the scoreless drives that Kellen controlled that cost the Boys the win. And that stupid onside kick near the end. WTF?

I am very happy with our offense but we need to get some trades or free agents on defense to even make it to the playoffs
