I am Jets fan and I think the Packers is very talented team definitely test us today. I agree moving forward the Packers just need play simple football and not try go for homerun every play.

Packers Actually can move ball I give them props I think what slow them down is they always trying go for big plays instead of just moving ball get first down and try play fundamental.
Maybe get time to drop back and pass .two games in a row no blocking

@BERTRAND850 Doubs has a better 40 than Adam’s he just don’t have the route running .Maybe the line need to block so can start going atleast 10 yards vs 5-7 yards down the field .

Very true. This is uncharted territory for this generation and it’s not pleasant. It will be interesting and revealing to see how/if they can sort things out.
Get use to losing because it’s going to be the Packers way of life for the next 30 years.
I gotta believe that the Packers problems arise from their receivers not executing their patterns or adapting to the defenses. Outside of those reasons could be one of lack of talent. I feel sorry for Rodgers in that management, for years, hasn’t addressed the receivers talent problems. Rodgers identified receiver needs well over 5 years ago.
Not to mention Special Teams play. Too few shining moments there. When’s the last time we had a decent returner? Seems they’re content with someone who can simply catch it. SMH
Maybe they could sneak two footballs in to the huddle, and then when one guy is getting tackled you could throw to another guy down the field.

Everyone knew coming into the season that it wouldn’t be easy .. we’ve been spoiled over the last few years.. if by week 10 we don’t have an identity or find something that works for us I’ll start to worry. But until then we gotta keep playing hard . Not to mention the injuries to 3 receivers we could use ( Watson , Watkins and Cobb today)
@Beezee very true . Best case scenario is we figure ourselves out and reach our stride toward the end of the regular season going into the playoffs..but hopefully the defense can hold up until then but I have no doubt it will

@Josh Simms Im not to young to remember a 4-12 farve season and a 6-10 rodgers season also 2018 and the years rodgers was injured. What I meant is since Matt became head coach we’ve had nothing but regular season success so this is a different taste
The Packers played horrible. I know there’s no I in team it would’ve been nice if Aaron Rodgers would’ve taken a pay cut this year so we would have more veteran people on the Offense side of the ball. Currently due to injuries and Randall Cobb been injured now all we have is practice squad people. The packer head office when Aaron Rodgers came back should’ve said that we want you to come back but you keep doctrine people and get veteran people you need to take a little bit of a pay cut. And I’m bringing up Tom Brady and I hate Tom Brady but he Took a pay cut to allow His team to be able to have access to veteran players on offense side of the ball.
The only reason the packer head office really wanted to get Aaron Rodgers back is because they found out what they had a Jordan love and Jordan love does not have what it takes at this point to be a starting quarterback maybe someday but not right now. If love does take over for the team it will be a lot of growing years. At times I wish that the head office allowed Aaron Rodgers his wish to be traded from the gecko instead of playing all these games either get treated or take a pay cut Aaron should know play Games

We all knew it would be a tough season losing Adams and having rookie receiver’s. Defense coach needs to go. Offense play calling needs to change. Coaches need to step up and so do the players.
Defense played lights out tf are you talking about.. You cant expect a defense to play 70% of a game..
Offense needs to sustain drives.. Score Points.. Give the defense a rest.. Treat them with POINTS.. Not 3 and outs.. 5 play drives.. The defense isnt the issue
Translation: we need to run the ball between the tackles 30 times a game and develop an identity as a possession/running football team that plays tough D. Aaron threw 22 passes in the first half and we only ran the ball 19 times the whole game. We need to establish the run and use PAP to get our young wideouts space.

Easy to say. This is the NFL, You just stack the D line and force the PAckers to throw. The Packers have no receivers that are a threat. When you do not have to worry about your opponents receivers, you have a pretty easy defensive game plan.
Rodgers has zero time to throw and when he does have time, he has to force it to a receiver that’s tightly covered. It’s a nightmare. We don’t even try to use Jones anymore.
Jones got banged up this game. We have to be able to move the ball without aaron jones or this team is already dead in the water

I liked the response by Aaron there. We have been here before folks. In 2010 there were still people calling for McCarthy to be fired in week 8. Injuries were piling up, and then the team came together and caught fire. Not comparing the 2 years, but this season is not over. Aaron believes this team can still catch fire and make a run.
I believe that as well. I truly don’t believe the Eagles are a markedly better team than the Packers. Really don’t.
Let’s all take a deep breath and stick together. We have been on rocky roads before. Smooth highway is not that far off in the distance.
That team was better so you can’t compare them.

Aaron said it perfectly. Simplify things. Back to basics. What made this team an offensive force in 2020 and for most of 2021? Slants and posts to the WRs, especially on play action. Maybe have Lazard block more on run plays like he used to. Not only use the backs for run plays, but also screens and throws in the flat. These, and I think other plays were very similar in the past. To me, it just doesn’t seem like they’re doing what made their offense great in the first place under LaFleur.

I truly think that these losses can really help them become better though bc it shows whats not being executed, what works, what can be tried, and stuff. Hate losing but it helps you grow and learn.
