Derrick Henry transferred his powers to AJ Dillon

    Tovrwtf

    They switched powers

    Rashard Cooper

    He spaced jammed henry

    simpolang

    Nah man, he “took” it…..

Justin Credible

I love Aaron Jones but if we don’t resign him and instead we move on with AJ Dillon I will probably not be mad about it. Besides it’s a terrible idea to pay an RB big money, especially when it’s pretty easy to go find a running back. Either way AJ Dillion looked great, now I’m not as mad that we picked him in the draft.

    Jack Trinh

@Tyler I agree with you in terms of skill sets and being an all-around playmaker, but Jones isn’t built to punish the defensive front like Dillon especially when you need to wear the team down. The luxury of having a bruising back is you can eat up the clock and take time away from top tier QBs like Mahome, Brees, and Brady (to name a few). His first down conversion rate was insane yesterday, and it’s going to be interesting to see if he can be consistent. I would also argue that Dillon is deceptively fast – his overall SPARQ score was in the 97th percentile which ranked first among his peers in 2020 rookie class. In terms of pass-catching ability, although it’s a small sample, but he has caught every ball was thrown to him and he was cutting pretty well in last night’s game too. It’s early but he has room to grow and improve on those skillsets. It’s a little premature to place him in the top tier RBs but he definitely has a tremendous upside.

    Laawop Bangin

I want them both I feel like they make a good 1-2 punch

    Paul O

@Gff Usuduf salary cap that is why. The NFL is reducing the cap next year by 23 million. This would put the Packers current contracts at 14 million over the cap before any other signing. Jones is a free agent and will make about 10 million more next year. The Packers still have to sign Linsley, I think they will keep him over Jones because they have other capable RBs and more important to protect Rodgers.

    ICaNtThINkofACooName 30

Yeah I don’t think they pay Jones. Williams was the same draft class and he will be cheaper. I think it’s Williams and Dillon for the future. I bet Aaron Jones ends up going to Atlanta.

    Elyod Abraham

I think they still need Aaron Jones to be a speed back for them

Bradley Shimp

This man always falls forward, it reminds me of another 250lb beast on the opposing team. Looking good for AJ, he proved that he can be a solid Rb

BS314

I remember being so confused when the Packers drafted Jordan Love and then this guy lol

    Ethi

@That Car Guy we called gute crazy when he drafted Gary, Dillon, and many others. We could be wrong here

    강덕윤

@Ethi yeah I believe all our young guys that we drafted have a very high potential and only time will tell if they become a star or not

    Ethi

@강덕윤 exactly! We can’t tell if someone is a bust or not if we haven’t even seen them play in the league yet

    That Car Guy

@Ethi Rodgers is playing like an MVP, so lets just swap him for Love, got it. There was no need for the Love pick. Unless Rodgers drops off a cliff in the next year, it was a terrible pick. If he is going to continue to play like this Love will stay benched and the cliff the staff thought Rodgers was falling off will make the pick look worse then it does now. I mean heck Love can’t even beat out Tim Boyle.

    Axt3r

@Ethi come one bro. Rodgers is going to be the MVP and they spent a first and fourth round pick to draft his backups backup.

Aj dillon highlights

    Tamir Aronovitch

He’s on the thumbnail too though🤨

    Gff Usuduf

@Tamir Aronovitch I think it a joke cause how big Dillion is

    Gff Usuduf

    @Tamir Aronovitch Dillon*

    Ø • Scorpion

@Tamir Aronovitch it’s a joke bruh 👽 this man is huge

ShredZeppelin

THICC THIGHS DON’T LIE

    강덕윤

    AND THICC CALVES

    Babble Oop

That’s why i call him Aj “Quadzilla” Dillon

Malik Jones

He’s a 247lb Freight train 🚅

vLONEx xPAPi

2 failed lambo leaps 😂😂😂

    Gene Mars

He needs to talk with Jordy Nelson. Jordy said that the wall is lower in certain places and he knew exactly where those places were.

    M. J

    😂

Ezra Knaack

He was my favorite pick in the draft just been waiting for us to give him a chance and look what he did with it…

Angrybard Aquino

Congrats, you beat Derrick Henry at his own game

FRAYNETRAIN

Imagine if this guy improves his speed😳. Beast right now but can be even better

    dantheman 23456

He is really fast in open space just has slower acceleration

    kingrobinho777

    He is fast

    Nickelgoose

    He ran a 4.5 40

    Kory Niltasuwan

speed isn’t really something that nfl players can improve too much once they are in the league

    T Bone

He’s very much like Henry. Deceptively fast. If you’re a split second late you will just bounce off his shoulder.

Daniel Cha

dudes built like Barkley and runs like Henry, gg defenses

QD Prod.

If they stick with him and decide to re-sign Jones , they gon be a problem

    Seth Feldhuhn

I think they should not resign him and let Dillon and Williams do work. Obviously Jones is better right now, but Jones starting could stunt Dillon’s growth in a bad way

    Seth Feldhuhn

Either way could be great and scary for other defenses tho

    Jeromepkr

@Seth Feldhuhn The only issue with Jones staying on the team is money nothing else.

    Ken Allday

    @Seth Feldhuhn

I disagree I would keep Aaron Jones who’s a top 5-7 running back

Only reason I let Aaron Jones go if I cant afford him

But not for the garbage reason you just said of stunting growth .

    Jackson Basquin

They should just keep him but we need to se if he good or not in the long run

Altair Júnior

Runs like Jerome Bettis

R. Jay stewart

Media Mantra: The Packers didn’t add any offensive weapons in the draft.

Ysm Raul

Everyone who watched the game saw aj dillon run over his blockers🤣

iplaystuff69

Packer fans then: WHY ON EARTH WOULD WE DRAFT A RB WE NEED A WR.
Packers fans now: WHERE DO I BUY AN AJ DILLION JERSEY

Eagles Expert

There is one man that he reminds me of, not Henry or saquan, but Eddie Lacy.

    Lonzo Ball

Thought of the rookie Eddie Lacy too

    frossbog

Not enough spin moves. And he has an infinitely better work ethic than Lacy did. The only offseason workouts Lacy ever did was lifting momma’s fried chicked to his face.

    aubesucks

@frossbog LMAO Eddy was always doing 360s

    TheGreatGavino 6

    FEAST MODE!
