That Giants offense was the same Giants who blew out the favored Vikings 41-0 in the NFC Championship. Kerry Collins was absolutely awful.
This was the last Super Bowl matchup with two terrible QBs.
It really was a different era back then.

Everybody of course remembers the great Ravens defense. What I sometimes feel gets overlooked is the performance of Jamal Lewis in this game, he flat out ran over the Giants defense!! Sometimes it’s easy to forget that Priest Holmes also started with the Ravens. Kerry Collins, the perfect example of a journeyman QB who could play like Tom Brady one game and then like Jamarcus Russell the next
