For some reason when ever I see coach Madden smile I think of a giant teddy 🧸

It was cold and breezy but I’m glad I went. Balling like a baby listening to Madden’s friends and being able to enjoy an Oakland Raiders event for the last time. Thanks to the Madden family for doing this for the fans. Go Raiders! Never said LA, never say LV. Forever Oakland!

Loved every aspect of John Madden’s career, from his years as head coach of the Oakland Raiders, to his time in the announcer booth and also his assistance in bringing real football to video games. He was all class, all the time. 🙂

Well done John, you live hard and gave it your all. Rest easy coach.

I wish we had more leaders and mentors like Madden. We live in a very different age today. You will be missed Madden.
