I’m really wondering if you guys have a wellness program-one that takes time to notice differences in players’ abilities, attitude, self and team goals and beyond-because sometimes it takes looking under the hood and recognizing underlying issues to ensure that players can be their best (mind, body and spirit), be more in sync with one another and ultimately win games. Coaching, team leadership and camaraderie is always great but maybe employ someone who can build trust, ask the right questions and dig deeper so that appropriate solutions may be offered. Everyone has a job to do but put forth the effort to ensure they can more effectively while maintaining or gaining strength in multiple areas, faith and the will to succeed.

Sincerely,
Saints fan forever🥰
