For what another week of excuses? Here’s my prediction for next weeks press conferences…Wentz “We didn’t do well enough”. We can’t keep turning the ball over and it starts with me, I can be better, I know I can be better, I will be better…rinse repeat…5 Years later…hold the ball 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, run around hit fumble…rinse repeat…Sorry I backed this man for 5 years but following the previous Cowboys game I am OUT! Stop and name one great QB that has in their 5th year starting that they regressed to the point that Carson has where he goes from a 92.7 QB rating to 73 and is now ranked 32nd out of 32 starting QB’s. Now I’m no data analytics expert but something tells me that puts him dead last behind every single starting pass caller in the league. Folks it won’t get better this week or the following. I am not saying he doesn’t have the ability to turn his career around but I believe for him to do so will require a separation between him and Doug. The Eagles will likely choose to move on from Doug as they have put a lot of stock in Carson but there could be a willing trade partner that offers something significant enough that the Eagles move on from Carson.
Now we understand!!! Offensively.. Defensively. We’ve been humbled.. It’s time to fight…
