All Seattle needs is to give Russ some assistance and not have him needing to perform miracles each week to get them over the line. Truly great and all as he is, it’s not sustainable. A pass interference is a foul that occurs when a player interferes with an eligible receiver’s ability to make a fair attempt to catch a forward pass. In that specific play, Larry Fitzgerald was touched by a defender who was making a play for the ball, which is allowed; He was double covered. Kyler Murray made a bad decision to throw on a double covered Larry Fitzgerald. So by rule, this is technically NOT a pass interference
