    @ThriftyPlum Ben went through something similar? He blew out 3 major tendons in his arm and was supposed to be career ending, and is playing very well and 9-0. Alex smith had a career ending injury as well and is back but what has he done to earn the award? Hasn’t won anything. How could it go to him? Doesn’t make any sense! They both suffered severe almost career ending injuries but one is playing great and winning 9-0 record and the other is 1-8 and just now getting to play actually. The award should go to the guy who is come back and is playing great again and winning! Not just give an award to someone who is able to play again.

    @GRIFF 2019 Alex smith was lucky he still had a leg. He literally could have died from the infection he got. I still think Ben should get CPOTY but to say Ben’s injury was similar is wrong.

    @CrysisOwnsHalo and made it to the championship game. That’s important as well! Your team record and how far you exceed in the playoffs does too. When Peyton Manning won MVP that year his team was 14-2 and went to the super bowl I believe. I’m a huge Ben fan but I understand that other things play a role in that decision. However, he should of got a pro bowl that year he passed for 5,136 and 34 tds but he was snubbed. And I believe he should be mentioned in the MVP talk this year. He’s only played 1 half of game of football that was bad and that was against the titans. Look up his stats! He’s played 8 good games of football with multiple tds and passer rating above 100. And is 9-0. If you have Tom Brady on the Steelers right now doing the same exact things as Ben with the same numbers, he would be the talk of every show for MVP and we all know it!
