I love Tom Cable and always have since he was Raiders coach but I wish there was not so much hype on him and was under the Raider and Incognito, ( pun definitely intended); reason being some team is gonna wanna pluck him away from our team for a head coach gig. However, I can see Gruden and Mayock matching the offer and promoting to assistant head coach and demote Guenther from that title. Guenther is not a bad coach either as the armchair gms and pundits may say.
