Jack is a beast. He’s really stepped this D up. 4th overall, 1st in pass yards allowed ( or lack there of). Can’t wait to see what he can over the next 2 years or 3 years , with all that cap money too, and Kyle smith here for the draft, boy I’m hype.
Not gonna lie.. a little disappointed w del Rio. Needs to blitz more. Point blank. Seems every time he blitzes whether its bostic holcomb Anderson, whoever.. we get a sack. I get it, cant blitz all the time and you have to “set up” the blitz but c’mon Jack.. send more pressure. As for apke, he was misused. Should have had a specific qb spy package for him ALONE to utilize his speed. Hes been “just a guy”, with speed, his whole career. What made the coaches think that would ever change? Letting Davis go was just STUPID. Make it right and put Reeves and Curl back there.
The defense is coming together. Why can’t you just be happy with it!
@Joshua Osborne Never said I wasnt. But I dont think anyone is happy with a defensive play called in, that doesn’t allow its players to play to their potential. I take it you are comfortable with CY dropping into coverage 7 times last game? Lol. JS
