I don’t know what to think anymore. I feel like if you take away the turnovers we have ourselves a heck of a QB. Accurate on his throws, mobile, decent arm, and stands tall in the pocket. Pocket presence isn’t all that great but I think he can work on that.

If we just cut down all turnovers and fix up the offense a lil more we can be a good team

The guy is clearly learning, and on that last drive against the Bucs he threw it away. It must not be easy for him mentally to pick up the “play-maker” mentality of Barkley, but he is doing the best he can. Seeing what he has accomplished in the first half, against one of the best teams in the NFL right now, should give us Giant fans hope for the future.

He’s not bad he just not a fast learner he could be so good if he fixes his mistakes

He needs to own his lack of productivity last week and he complimented his lack of production with 2 Absolutely ridiculous Turnovers!!!!! It was one of , if not, his worst game of his career

You fans have to stop trying to defend this mans poor play on the field. Bottom line is he’s been awful this year. And to be honest he’s looking like he’s not the answer

He played better in 2019. He has regressed in 2020. He has the arm and legs but he needs to improve with scoping the field, pocket awareness and his decision making. Lets go Daniel Jones! It is crazy how many Giant games they lost when they could have easily been 4-3 if it wasn’t for 1 or 2 mistakes in a game. They are battling unlike the Jets who get blown out every week.

I wish they would just stop trying to get a negative reaction from the team about Tate’s stupid and selfish comment.

I believe in the guy. Pls take a look at what Josh Allen improved on in last off-season. He worked on using his back foot more in his throwing motion allowing him to follow through somewhat. The same issue he had is what Daniel has, overthrowing the ball consistently because he throws flat footed. Some guys in the league can get away with that but it takes exceptional arm talent that DJ just doesn’t posses (and that’s okay!). The interceptions are just situational decision mistakes (and partly his poor accuracy, as a result of his footwork). Film can fix that but the more overlooked issue is he doesn’t stick to his fundamentals. I know they are there because I’ve seen them (the almost touchdown to Engram last game) and Judge stressed that in his latest film analysis on this channel. So – in my best Shia LaBeouf voice – Just do it! 😉 Good stretch of winnable games here, keep your heads up fellow fans, we going in the right direction finally.
