    Jerry has the most valuable sports franchise in the world BECAUSE OF FANS despite not even a division playoff win since 95. He can say he cares but he doesn’t, I think its pretty obvious. What gm would have kept his job all these years. His ego is more important than us. Can we have the Dallas cheerleaders suit up and play, at least they have energy and spirit. This is sad to say but I have seen junior high girls play better flag football than what the cowchildren played. I’ve been a fan way back to the days of Walt Garrison, back when men played football not overpaid whiners.

This culture here has been soft for years. In 2012 Sean Lee was blindsided by Golden Tate, not one defensive player including Demarcus Ware came to his defense. So this is nothing new, its the culture Jerry has cultivated since letting Jimmy go….sad.

Well, looking from the outside in this team does seem to have no identity/culture. Now I don’t know what is being said in the locker room, but if you remember Garrett would have a one word moniker for the team to rally around and they would wear it on shirts. I understand this is professional football and players get paid to ball, but there is something to be said about developing team dynamics. I still believe in Coach McCarthy and the new regime, but maybe it’s going to take some time like Jerry has said. Go Cowboys! 🤠💯🏈👍
