I can read Bill Belichick’s mind guys. He’s not going to get another WR until the offseason. He’s only going to try to make the defense better by possibly trading or signing a fast line backer like Bobby Wagner or Lavonte David. Bill Belichick can you please reply to this and just say “no” or “yes” depending on if my statements are right or wrong?
@Professional Gamers 2 we are 2-3 for the first time in 20 years, clearly they are doing something wrong. Your eternal optimism will fade after the 49ers kick our asses up and down the field, and we lose because we couldnt get a touchdown when we needed it.
@CR well first of all, Cam Newton is 0-4 in his Career against the broncos so clearly his weak spot is facing the broncos. secondly, we are 2-3 for the first time in 20 years because all of those years, we had a defense that was made all by Bill Belichick’s planning. This year, Donta Hightower, Patrick Chung and a few others opted out so now all of the plans Belichick had fro this season on defense is gone. For example, before a season starts, say that the only position you need is a Qb and you get a amazing one, if he opts out, your plans will be destroyed. And you might think, well you can just get another Qb. Well no you can’t because they’re all gone.
@Professional Gamers 2 how many games over the past 20 years have the patriots needed to score 30 or more to win? A lot. This team is incapable of scoring 30 points against anyone without the other team helping them out. This team is bad, just face it. Theres literally zero talent in the tight end room and the receivers are below average at best. At least our O line is back together, and damien harris is promising.
@CR yeah exactly our team has scored a lot of points over the past years because we had a good overall team. I never said the patriots were a good team I don’t know where u got that from. And you’re making it seem like i’m the bad guy here even though it’s literally not even our choice on what happens to the patriots. Bill Belichick has his own mind set. He could trade Stephon Gilmore for literally just draft picks and I wont be surprised.
@Professional Gamers 2 Bill will trade Gilmore, his contract basically guarantees it. He was supposed to get 14 mil this year, and 14 mil next year, but he took a couple “personal days” until the patriots gave him 7 mil from next year. So basically he wanted 21 million this year, so theres no way hes playing for the remaining 7 mil on his contract next year. Bill wont give him the market value for a #1 corner, so his only option is to trade him and get some picks in return.
