I mean what is 5 wins gonna do If we fire them? Might as well ride them out until the end of the season so we can get the best draft pick possible
@Brandon McCaa No. When you are this overdue to fire your coach/GM, you do it as soon as possible. You start that search for your GM as soon as possible. You do not continue to let the terrible coaching culture wreak havoc on your young players. Good riddance, I am so tired of people with this take. What is it going to do if we don’t fire them? Delay our search for a new GM? Delay getting the cancerous coaching culture out of our organization? The sooner you can start to change the culture and the way things are around the building, the sooner we can potentially start winning football games.
