Big Mizzou fan here. I was thrilled when the Broncos drafted Albert O. He and Drew had great chemistry for the Tigers.
I think with more time he will get better, but face it… Fant catches those end zone balls.

Besides the drops he was actually pretty good
There was one clear drop but there was another that was just really good DB play on another. He had the catch and it was batted out. Future is bright… he gives me Julius thomas vibes.
I think it is an immediate upgrade to have Albert O and Fant in the lineup over Butt and Vannett from a mismatch perspective. Now is the time to let them, Jeudy, Hamler, Patrick and company loose. Lock brings great energy to the offense. Lindsay is the spark plug that makes the ground game go. It is nice to see Royce picking up some key blocks to give Lock time to throw and also contribute in the running game. Kudos to the o-line and the special teams and defense as well. The Broncos definitely earned the W.

If Hamler stops having injuries and Jeudy starts getting more production I can honestly see it.

@Rhinopocalypes if denver goes 8-8 this year and challenges the Chiefs? This will be the strongest division in the NFL next season. No doubt. And Denver is on the rise.

Well obviously Sutton too. He just doesn’t need mucus explaining. Although remember he may start off a little sluggish like Chubb since he tore his ACL.
But yah if we don’t at least give the Chiefs a good fight once this year then we still have a long way to go.
Albert O should never be inactive ever again. Sure, his blocking probably needs to be better and more consistent to the coaches’ liking— but this man has undeniable physical talent and showed he can be a real weapon going forward. AND it was his first-ever NFL game action. Fant and Albert O could be a huge problem for opposing defenses in the future.
