@Johnny Williams What? Dak has improved on throwing since 2016, not including his slight regression in 2017. If you can’t look at film from last year or this year and spot his obvious improvements from 2017 then you’re clowning.

By your logic, Dak should be last in Completion %, yards, Y/PA and every other category since 2016. Well, he is not last and has been an easy top 10 QB, and in some cases Top 5. I guess you forgot the part where he was 3rd in passing last year; or where he was 1st this year and on pace for 6,000 yards having to carry the team with a horrible defense. Also the “garbage time” argument doesn’t work because in all 3 losses and of what he played in the Giants game, they were all within 1 score and in the middle of a come back.

Anyone watching Cowboys games this year would tell you how electric and entertaining their games are with how that offense plays and how they miraculously stay in games with that horrible defense. Having talked to family and friends watching Dallas games who are not fans, they’ve been the best games they have watched every week.

Here’s a fun fact, after week 6, Dak will more than likely still be Top 5 in passing yards without even playing. At his current pace, Lamar Jackson may not pass Dak in passing yards until week 9. But yes, “Dak can’t throw”.

Andy Dalton is a good quarterback, I’m glad he is the backup and hope he plays well in this offense, but Dak is better than Andy Dalton in almost every facet and to say otherwise is dumb.

@R B it is arguable. I will admit that he is getting better but he just isn’t a natural thrower, and that is apparent. I think the Cowboys deserve a Russell wilson type quarterback who is throwing bullets consistently, on the money. I believe that Jerry should keep looking. And even he knows that. We are America’s team, not the Jacksonville jaguars. We will see what Andy can do. Those last 2 throws from Andy were 🔥

if jaylon and the defense can keep playing harder and better, and we start incorporating more runs, we’ll be good.

@Zakk the defense is good when they want to when Dak got injured they were stopping the offense but they shouldn’t need the qb to be injured so they can start playing
