I’m sorry I like frank, but I wholeheartedly disagree with him rivers is washed, no one has to be a professional to see it. He’s not mobile can’t read defenses as well as he used too. Does some things right and some things he’s just limited on.

@History Nut how is he not holding anyone accountable do you see what he does behind closed doors and public shame is not the answer they get enough of that from fans and the media that’s not how you build a team or lead by example and please post a video showing Dungy holding anyone accountable it was usually polian and the other guy. But point is we dont get paid to make those calls, so everyone needs to either deal with it since you dont get paid to call the shots or find a new team maybe your all just bandwagoners lol. @James BoguskeHe gets enough of that from fans and media? Fans and media aren’t responsible for holding the team accountable last I checked, that’s the coach’s job, which he isn’t doing. Maybe he is “behind closed doors”, but that’d be a pretty big contradiction to say to media “least of my worries” then come to practice the next day and rake him over the coals. That in itself would be a questionable coaching tactic.
@James Boguske If you remember, went an entire season with Reich defending Adam last year in front of reporters, which of course bothered me because it was 6 or so straight games of dishonesty. What bothered me more was putting him out there game after game with the knowledge that he wasn’t capable anymore of playing to a certain standard. Maybe he plays bad cop behind closed doors, maybe you’re right, or maybe he’s too busy playing buddy buddy to make competent coaching decisions. Playing Brissett all season last year or 14 games, whatever it was, waa incompetent coaching. There’s no standard there. Then doing the same thing with Adam, no standard there. Now, again here with Philip Rivers. You make whatever conclusions you want about me personally though, that’s cool, but I want the Colts to get back to winning football that is sustainable. And to do that, there has to be a consistent standard of accountability. And why the heck would I be a bandwagon fan of the Colts? Makes no sense. I’ve been a fan of the Colts for almost three decades there bud.
@James Boguske And they don’t play to entertain, this isn’t the music industry. Entertainment is incidental to the actual goal of winning. Show me the last “entertaining” team that went 2-14?
From a business perspective, the real goal is to make money, if there’s any true goal, it’s that. But even that starts and ends with winning.
And I’m not saying a coach shouldn’t stand up for their player in the public eye, but there’s some line drawing there and I draw that line at blatant ignorance.

“Philip is the least of my worries” bro I guess we aren’t watching the same game. Rivers is the biggest weakness on the ENTIRE team. I love Reich but I’m so tired of him trying to defend players that don’t deserve to be defended. Same thing happened with Vinatieri last year and he arguably cost us the whole season. We aren’t a winning football team with Rivers under center. It doesn’t matter how good our defense is, if we can only score one touchdown a game on offense. He isn’t bringing anything to the table that Brissett wasn’t. He’s arguably a downgrade from Jacoby, at least he can scramble and escape the pocket when he needs to. Rivers WILL be the reason we miss the playoffs this year if we keep him as the starter, plain and simple. We have everything we need to make a run this year, just don’t be an idiot Frank. Make the right choice.

JT is missing holes alot and Phillip Rivers has no Juice whatsoever. He’s literally throwing lobs and airballs. Looks a whole lot like last year when Frank made every excuse possible for Vinny while he kicked us into the Abyss but Jacoby took the blunt of the blame. Jacoby was literally 5-2 before injury and Hoyer blew the Pittsburgh game and AV wrecked the season.
My Colts aren’t going anywhere with Philip Rivers and Frank, he’s going to cost you your job!
