@ThisIsMusic You can’t judge playcalling that way. The right call doesn’t always win the game, execution is like 80+% of it. Plenty of games have been won on awful playcalls and plenty more have been lost on good ones that just didn’t work out. With the way the vikings had been running all over that awful seattle D all night, their chances of winning the game basically right there were pretty huge. You trust your run game to do what it’s done all night and if that fails you trust your d to do what it just did on the last drive and for the first half of the game, and if both come up short you take the loss.

side note: if you think that 2 point attempt/the drive leading up to it looked anything like how it would have looked if seattle needed 8 to tie, you’re a moron. If you get a great chance to never give wilson the ball back with even a chance to tie, you take that chance.

@ThisIsMusic this is such a bs argument okay what about the raiders today? Very VERY similar situation except they converted and beat mahomes and the Vikings didn’t and lost to Russ. @Ryan Fortner oh yeah that 4th and 10 was bad! If the vikings got the first down with 4th and 1 they could have brought down the game clock to at least 30 seconds left, kicked a field goal thus leaving Seattle with no more timeouts and 75 yards to score a touchdown and two point conversion

Wrong kicking the FG in BOB. Let me ask you a simple question. Were the Raiders wrong for QB sneaking on 4th and inches to win the game and keep Mahomes of the field? Same exact thing except the Vikings went for an inside run over a QB sneak which was dumb because QB sneaks are like 75% on 4th and inches.

As a Vikings fan, it doesn’t hurt me anymore. Never thought they would win. I would say fire zimmer, but they won’t. Regardless, this failure is just another legendary one in their long history of failure.

D played as expected. Without Adams and Irvan we are struggling to make up for the lack of pressure. Maybe after snacks Harrison plays a couple games and Adams returns we shall see then how were doing.

The Seahawks didn’t play that well all game, but this game was actually won by the defense. Turnovers leading to scores.

David Nguyen Yes, the Seattle Defense has given up a lot of yards, points, passing, etc? However, when the Seahawks D needs a crucial defensive stoppage 🛑? The D locks down and makes the plays it has too! Hey, I’d rather our Offense continue to be extremely explosive, get ahead early, make the opposing team be 1 dimensional? Sure the D has given up a ton of passing yards? But it’d still early? And I’m confident that once we get mostly healthy on Defense? Our D-line will continue to get better! Our secondary will only get better, especially when we get @Prez back (Jamal Adams)

We’ve pretty much played the hardest part of the 2020 schedule? The only reason the 49’ whiners have 2 W’s? Is because they’ve played Jets & Giants? Both teams are 0-5. YESSS!!! PLEASE GOD MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! Seattle’s defense is very vulnerable, but somehow they always come up with the clutch plays when it matters most. And then there’s Russell MV3 Wilson. Still, the D needs to be WAY better if Seattle wants to win more games, especially in the NFC West. Norton hasn’t shown he can get the best out of this D…I don’t know if Quinn will either but it’d sure be a fun story
