The vikings weren’t in field goal territory however they got screwed. It was clear that Cousins arm was coming forward for an incomplete pass but the refs being stupid as they are called it a fumble. If they would’ve called it an incomplete pass they would’ve had enough time to get into field goal range and win

Completely disagree. The not kicking FG, or running QB sneak was bad enough…..Not calling a timeout when Metcalf caught the ball with 50 seconds left was even worse. Seattle wasn’t in a hurry, they had plenty of time either way…..so Zimmer should have used a timeout and left Minnesota with time to drive 30 yards and get a FG with 2 timeouts left and about 30 secs. Even worse when you consider he already made the first mistake of not kicking the FG/running a QB sneak. Just terrible..

@Omar A He had 30 yards in the first half, and the INT set up MInn with a short field. If Minn had run a QB sneak on 4th and inches, he doesn’t get the ball back and the INT does cost him. Minnesota’s ineptitude gave him the chance to win, and props to Wilson because he took advantage of it with an awesome drive. He showed resilience and why is the MVP, but to be fair he prob should have never even had a chance at the end. Game winning drive was clutch though..

it was 4th and inches and they were 2 for 2 on 4th down conversions. the TD would have won them the game and if they miss the hawks haver to start at the 5 yard line. honestly it was a good idea because it created a scenario where the hawks had to play perfectly for 95 yards with no time on the clock and it was so close to working i mean at 12:15 russ barley slipped by a safety that would have ended the game. if some one bet you 100$ that their team would make that 95 yard drive for the W I’m pretty sure everyone would have taken those odds unless it was the pats.

@Aneesh Anand Obviously you didn’t watch the game the vikings went for 2 points and failed. If they went for the extra point and field goal they would’ve had 4 pts 26+4= 30 child. The seahawks went for 2 pts because it was only a 1 point game. They wanted to lead by a field goal. They failed to convert otherwise they would’ve kicked the extra point to make it 28 if the vikings put up 30. What drugs are you on ?

Offense will get better. The main thing I would worried about if I was their coach would be defending the pass. The vikings and others have picked them apart.

I am not worried about the offense. 5 games, and the best the defense could do is allowing 23 points. I am not mad, angry or salty. Just worried that this might not be good enough in the play-offs.

Why does Russ choose to lose 5 or 6 times a year?

If they kick a FG (most likely lose) or just run an easy QB sneak, they he would lose….whether he wanted to win or not.
