@John Cassel You’re underestimating our D line. And TJ is no slouch at LB. And Bud does good too even though he’s playing for the big contract. This past game was bad I agree. But if we start living in the backfield like the previous games, we’ll be lights out. Vick Jr. can’t run if he’s in a constant backpedal.And we do pretty good at D drafts when we are always picking at the bottom.

You never thought but I did. Claypoole is a beast. 6 foot 4, and 238 pounds with 4.0 speed. He’s the reincarnation of Martavis Bryant with better brains and attitude.
Steelers fan: Eagles gave us hell but those refs were just terrible for both teams. Some of the worst calls I’ve seen, GGs Eagles onto the next one.

@Jason Santistevan – too big and strong for CBs and too fast for Ss and LBs… they’ll need to cover him with a CB with help from the S and, as you mentioned, will open up the field for Juju and Ebron. I’d love to throw Johnson in there too–he’s the most talented of the WRs but his durability is not looking good.

They missed god knows how many holding penalties against the steelers
@Daniel_Rash you have to make a football move to call it a fumble yes he had both hands on the ball & both feet on the ground but he didn’t make a football move so that counts as an incomplete not a fumble if he had made a football move then the ball got knocked out it’s a fumble & this is coming from a Broncos fan & tbh I remember after super bowl 48 when the Broncos lost to the Hawks a year or two after the Broncos had a rematch with the Hawks in Seattle I remember DT making the same move like he caught the ball but didn’t make a football move & the refs reviewed the DT catch they said incomplete instead of a fumble

the fact that he had a 33 yd play that was incomplete, and a clear td that was nullified bc of a stupid PI call excites me even more. dude got in the endzone 5 times (obviously one got called back)
Honestly should’ve been 6 too Ben missed him on a slant to the end zone one drive. Incredible, incredible talent. Every time he touches the ball he makes a play. I believe there’s only 1 or 2 times I’ve seen him touch the ball and not get a first down and one of those times was tonight

Man. Ben has really been spreading throws all around. Every game this season He’s connected with 7, to 9 receivers. I am a little surprised that our secondary is slacking a tad. Minka hasn’t really shown yet what he did last season. But it’s still early. But to be honest, a little tightening up here and there, and maybe we may get through some good games that don’t shave years off of my life. Still though, 4, and 0.
Heath N I mean… statistically speaking the Steelers are doing well, but just watching the games are frustrating. It’s the same plays each down! Run. Run. Pass. This shouldn’t have been a close game whatsoever, but a win is a win. I just miss when roethelisberger would get some deep balls in😔
@Edward He’ll get there, the main thing he’s struggling with is getting used to his newfound arm strength with his repaired elbow, which is why he’s overthrown a lot. He said yesterday after the game he wondered if they somehow made his arm stronger with the surgery because he keeps throwing it harder than it feels like he should hahaha so a good problem to have, much better than him not being strong enough to make those deep throws any longer, just needs to get his accuracy back down the field!

That has to be the worst OPI call I’ve ever seen, dude tripped over his own feet because Claypool stopped on a dime, Claypool making sure to make as little contact as possible with nothing resembling a push. This game was very poorly officiated, but that was above and beyond the expected level of incompetency, not even an extension to suggest a push.
I feel they did that cuz the game was getting out of hand so the refs helped the eagles

Reffing was horrible for both teams. Another ugly win for the Steelers but I’ll take it
honest the officals gave the eagles the most important calls. The steelers outplayed the eagles in every aspect besides maybe part of the 3rd quarter. Claypool got robbed. Ben had a perfect rating. 8:42 is NOT defense PI. Claypool should of had 5 TDs thats jst facts. Eagles should of never even came close.
It was questionable both sides but the Eagles still got some extra opportunities and didn’t use them so 🤷♂️ a missed field goal and a fumble recovery.
