This is the 2nd time in just 4 games that the Chiefs defense had to deal with a last second QB switch which they prob did zero game planning for..Thats crazy fr..And unheard of!!

Hey Patrick don’t beat yourself up man you did a great job and not every game is beautiful. An artist is never happy with his work but we came out with a W and the fact that we can look at how we can do better is what we have to look forward to. Great job to the entire team. GO CHIEFS!!

I noticed Spags took him out after cringing attempt to tackle on that last big run they had. Hopefully he saw and realized this man just isn’t a “football player” there’s a special pedigree one has to have and he doesn’t have that fire to say the least.

Thornhill a beast
Not a great game by Mahomes, BUT ALL QBs (even the great ones) have subpar games. It’s just going to happen even if you’re Brady, Elway, Montana, Namath, and on and on. For the haters (the ones who hate on anyone really good or great), always keep in mind, Mahomes won the MVP as a rookie, yes rookie, playing in one game your first year doesn’t make that your rookie year – not in baseball anyway. Hell in baseball if you play in only 30 games that doesn’t count as your “rookie” year. And second year he wins the SB and SB MVP. And probably would have won B2B SB if not for Dee Ford. I also think there was an emotional let down for Mahomes in not getting to go head-to-head against Cam Newton. I seriously do. Having said all that, I initially thought Mahomes was going to have a monster game because he threw for about 114 yards in the 1st Quarter alone. Mahomes looked like Mahomes in the 1st. Kudos to NE though…with Cam they’re going to be SB caliber again.

If Sammy didn’t fumble that catch early on in the game, we were on a roll that drive and would’ve scored. Should’ve been 33-10. Our Defense definitely won us this game without a doubt. Mahomes looked WAY off last night. We did give up a lot of rushing yards, but our defense in the red zone was phenomenal. Frank Clark sack on the last play of the 1st half. Another sack fumble a drive or 2 after that. Then 3 INT’s, Mathieu had one for a pick6. Defense definitely won us this game….idk what would’ve happened though if Cam played. I know fans around the world were disappointed we couldn’t have that matchup. I knew as soon as I saw Hoyer as the starter, lol, we were gonna win.

What I don’t understand is that poor running game : why striving to send CEH again & again and crash into a massive wall. He only weighs 50 lbs. After the massacre, Pat must throw on 3rd down and expect a complete pass. I like CEH but he’sn’t Kareem H., D. Williams or Jamaal.
When they’re creative and passing on the sides, they gain yards. At least a few.
