He was honestly the best coach they’ve had in a long, long time. I think Fontes was probably his closest competitor – he was literally a lifetime before Caldwell & wasn’t even that good.
Or Caldwell. At least players liked playing for him & didn’t feel they had to either retire early (Calvin Johnson) or demand a trade (Darius Slay, Golden Tate)

He’s seriously crumbling this year – or it least it seems that way as a fan. Lots & lots of game changing mistakes that can be directly attributed to him. The rest of the team hasn’t been playing stellar either, but Jesus Christ, throw TO your receivers FFS.
