It wasn’t really a question. He was basically saying the numbers carr has put up which some of them are raiders QB records arent warranted due to the team not winning year in and year out. Josh Dubow has been hating all pre season with his BS. You could see carr knew his question was gona be BS right away.

It’s because he’s heading to the other side of 20 he’s getting towards his late twenties and for some men that’s when you first start really feeling like a man you know he feels it now he wants to be a Raider he cares about being a Raider it’s not like he doesn’t want to be a Raider. Stats don’t matter. We want to see Ws on the board. We need Carr to step up and lead the team, not wait for someone else to lead the team. We need to see Carr elevate the guys around him, not wait for them to be elevated before he finally does something. I wouldn’t care about my QB having mid-level stats as long as he’s leading the team, putting points up, and getting wins on the board. I don’t play Fantasy Football, so it’s the wins that matter.

I think the OC we had in 2016, Bill Musgrave, had a lot to do with Carr’s success. The Raiders should’ve never given up on him or Jack Del Rio. Imagine if we had Mike Mayock at GM paired with Del Rio at HC. We wouldn’t have an offense hampered by all-day short passes. Musgrave had Carr throwing down the field and really stretching the defense. Carr needs to get back to that on his own now, though, if he wants to make good use of the WRs he has now, because it’s not Gruden’s style to do that.
