I can see Edwards becoming that breakout star faster than Ruggs. He played in an NFL type system, had to deal with SEC defenses & Clemson at the end of the year every week.
Ruggs while I expect him to impact the offense this year, don’t expect him to dominate immediately. Edwards suffered from poor QB play & still set records at South Carolina.
He may be a poor mans Michael Thomas imo.
Mike Riley I’m not doubting Edwards ability whatsoever. I just feel like people are sleeping on Ruggs, categorizing him as a speedster only and he’s so much more than that. Regardless there’s no reason to debate, I’m excited to see both in action

@jay sauce Apparently they have a literal icebox by the outdoors fields they set to 17-30 degrees to keep the players hydrated and settle their body temps… So, literally, hot damn!

I think weeks 1-4 will be close one score games, but by the time we see KC, we’ll be ready to Go and their defense will allow us to jump on top a couple scores as long as our defense can play them like we have the last 7/8 quarters that we’ve played them
