    He was definitely brought up with the tune to respect. I was taught by my father to try to refer to people by their name instead of the “hey you”. General respect for people isn’t really being taught anymore. I hammered it into not only my children but all my nieces and nephews.

Gruden said a month or so ago that he will be utilizing 3 TE’s at times and the run! Setting up for Play action to Ruggs, Jet Sweep Ruggs, and that slippery little Renfrow….Whooooo Nellie!!
