Sad to see him go as a titans fan, he was one of the best, underrated DL
That trade to clear cap space for nobody might be the most head scratching move ever. From grade, playoff performance, anything you look at this guy is a top player who mentors casey and the young titans linemen.
Susmard he is underrated in general and is still very good, but he is definitely being overrated on this list.
He was 92 last yr on top 100 and he clearly declined from where he was in 2018. Not sure how he jumps 21 spots for declining
Definitely gonna miss his veteran presence and attitude on the line. Wishing the best for him in Denver.
L G R W he was really good in playoffs, if players thought he was really good based off his leadership and play but he is a bit overrated on this list

Jimmy Jesus meaning no matter what it’s a business. Players get traded. Not all your fav players will stay in the team forever. Therefore you must understand the business of the NFL is business at the end of the day.
Denver hasn’t had any real studs at DT since Malik Jackson left after SB50. So glad to have Jurell on the team!

Man I’m gonna miss Casey so much. He’s been one of my favorite Titans of all-time since I became a football fan. He is one of the best Titans of the entire 2010s and we did him dirty by trading him for a SEVENTH Rounder. He was seriously just a beast here. Love ya Casey, hope you tear it up in Denver.

In 2019, Jurrell Casey played and started in 14 games. He had 26 solo tackles, 14 assisted tackles, and 5.0 sacks giving him a total of 44 combined tackles. He had 1 forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.

Might be a bit of an exaggeration, but I honestly think that the trade involving him was almost just as bad as Hopkins.

It was dumb, but remember the Broncos ate 100% of Casey’s salary and the Texans are paying more for David Johnson than they are for Hopkins. So it’s actually not even close.

@craze station im a titans fan also and we had to save some cap space. But I agree your defense is scary as hell now. Titans defense was super good without true edge rushing threats. Imagine what you guys will do with 3 borderline elite players rushing thr QB at once.

“Just cuz you don’t have stats don’t mean you ain’t making an impact on the game.” I wish more fans of not only the NFL knew this but stats do not define a player. You have to go back watch the game, study the film, to see how good a player is. Looking at someone’s stats will not tell you how good a player is.
