@Giffond Hall The throws I remember Foles throwing to him were pretty safe. The one against the Rams in 2017 – 2018 was the only wild throw to Nelson from Foles. I think Nick didn’t trust him for good reasons so he threw safe throws. Also, Nick didn’t play with Nelson when Jeffery got hurt and JJ became drafted.

The pro bowl has been a joke for years, Kyle Fuller made it while being the worst starting cb in football last year
For proper content: 2019 Detroit Lions passing defense ranked 29th in the NFL. His best teammate in the secondary safety Quandre Diggs was traded at the deadline leaving rookie Will Harris starting and rookie Oruwariye starting opposite Slay at CB! No pass rush, horrible LB play, no run game on offense, and he still makes a pro bowl. Pretty difficult circumstances for a CB to succeed!!
I feel like he’s a little low but still amazing even though he played for the Lions 😂
