I caught the tail end of Mel Blounts career but the best play that I can remember him making was when he intercepted Joe Montana and returned it 50 yards for a touchdown in that 1981 game.
I was born & raised in Pittsburgh – Italian American Roman Catholic ✝️ – We watched the Steelers every Sunday w my Grandparents.. Freedom Family USA *I’m 54 I watched these games these players.
Imagine in the same team: Blount, Woodsoon, Polamalu and Fitzpatrick, uuufff !!!
Blount was great but its a different game now, he’d be a safety at best probably mlb
