Thanks for considering a very traditional Mexican snack. Sorry you couldn’t find the Cotija but a very nice catch to use the feta instead.

Instead of chili powder they have a chili Limon seasoning. Give it a little bit of citrus. Butter the corn, use mayo or sour cream, season with chili Limon, and sprinkle with cheese. Awesome Mexican street corn
