We are really really lucky to have the staff we have: the fact that Fangio Elway Munchak & Mike Shula ALL think this guy is excellent should be all you need to know absent actually being in the organization to directly know for yourself… decisions about where to send scouts & be at the nexus between coaches GM & those scouts cannot be discounted as far as developing a WINNING Roster is concerned… one bad apple can spoil the whole damn team… if he was just an office guy that would be a highly valuable job however Russell has worked his way into this job so he has a lot more to offer than just being a guy facilitating the flow of info
