I’m excited bout the season nice pick ups this offseason

We need Swift and Kerryon to be the lightning and thunder combo the Lions never had before. They have the opportunity to be like Devonte Freeman and Tevin Coleman for the Falcons when they made it to the Super Bowl recently

There’s a big difference taking a slow guy at a speed position low in the draft with a extra 5th rounder than taking a slow guy high in the draft (Tabor). I don’t mind the Cephus pick one bit. 👍🏻

LIons select high in the draft, again, continuing the tradition of selecting high, grooming them into pro bowlers then when they deserve to be paid, let them go.

Praying jamie collins still has two good years in him left. And one of these guards can establish himself as a good starter. And for the love of god i hope flowers gets pressure this year. And can someone please step up and defend a 5 yard out route so we can get off the field on 3rd down. If those things happen, then we can make the playoffs.

Tori, as usual, looking like a snack and hopefully, she can finally see some progression on the field in this organization for the first time since the Schwartz days in the early 2010s. Bob Quinn aced this draft most people are giving us an A- so this will go down potentially as Bob Quinn’s best draft ever. Okudah gives us a younger and better version of Slay and he’s not a diva so he’ll be perfect for Patricia. Swift gives us a dynamic back that we haven’t seen in this town in a very long-time and putting him with Kerryon and Huntley is mad scary. Huntley’s speed will frustrate defenses and everything he can do. The two offensive linemen we drafted Jackson and Stenberg gives us a chance to get at least one starter between these two to replace Glasgow. Jackson is a mauler in the running game as Swift would do right running behind him on his side. Cephus is poor man’s Anquan Boldin he will be a RedZone target as a bonus and Marvin Jones’ replacement. Penisini and Cornell gives us depth at DT behind Danny Shelton. It should be a much improved team this season. #DaOutsiders #OnePrideorDie

Also is anybody excited about seeing the Okwara Bros. wreaking havoc on that defensive line for the Lions? These are the new Super Mario Bros. with Julian being Mario and Romeo being Luigi. We need to see some fans coming to game in Super Mario Bros. gear. I think Romeo will be energized having his brother on the team and get back to his 2018 style of play.

I will never understand what it is about the human mind that will generate eternal optimism even while your house is clearly burning down all around you. Quinn/Patricia “built” our Team into 3-12-1. Our defense last year was 32nd in the league in pass yards allowed. And, we were 31st in overall yards allowed. We had Slay (Pro Bowler) at corner last year. Does anyone think Odukah will be as good or better than the veteran All-Pro Slay in his rookie year? If you do, keep drinkin’! Odukah will not make the Pro Bowl in 2020 as a rookie. We effectively are replacing Kennard with the rookie Okwara. This is, at best, a push. We lose A’Shawn, Daniels, and Snacks in the middle of the line and replace with cast offs and late round draft picks that will be lucky to make the Team, much less make an “impact”. At linebacker we sign the aging Collins because he’s an ex-Pat for way too much money. Slow and old. You will be watching Teams shred our linebackers with little slants and dinks to TE’s and RB’s over the middle for huge chunks of yards. The rest of our 2020 defense will be full of the same 2019 players who helped us finish 31st in the league. And, one of the biggest factors at play here stays the same: Matty P. and his insane defensive schemes. The guy is literally clueless without Belichick and, what makes it worse, is that he so crazy egotistical and arrogant that the players won’t give effort for him. On offense, everything hinges on Stafford staying healthy. He’s had major back issues 2 years in a row and he’s older now. We dumped Glasgow and Wagner on the OL and have replaced them with an overpriced backup from the Eagles and the rookie Jackson. Jackson may be ok, but not as good as Glasgow. Swift seems like a good pick, but I’m not buying into Johnson staying on the field. Bottom line is that, IF Stafford stays healthy we probably have a #15-16 ranked Offense in 2020 to go with a clearly #32 ranked defense. IF Stafford goes down in Week 1, we’re eyeing 0-16 again. Bobby Quinn is headed back to the Pats as a Paperboy and Matty P. will be coaching their long snappers next year. Belichick will cover for ’em, like he always did.
