Whitney Mercilus just got serious competition. Now if only Obrien gets a speedy and powerful corner in the 4th our defense will be much faster and potent all around. I like Amik Robertson from Louisiana Tech that dude HITS receivers. No soft coverage 5 yards away crap with him. He aint the tallest but he balls out.

Great pick! Greenard could have easily been an early 2nd rounder but there was a run on offense. Blacklock was a great pick as well. We just upgraded the defensive front with speed and power. Now we must do the same in the secondary! We are in great position to land a solid corner with only 4 picks ahead of us tomorrow in the 4th. I say if Amik Robertson out of Louisiana Tech is there you don’t pass. Dude ain’t as tall but he can absolutely ball, and he has good experience returning kicks. That fits right in with Obrien’s scheme.
