@Jacob Olson slay didn’t want to be here because he knew we weren’t going to pay him the money he wanted. He’s getting old and isn’t worth the contract. So we trade him and pick up the best replacement possible. Thats a win in my eyes.

Greg O’Leary you’re either 10 or you’re weird and just love getting your hopes up just to get disappointed. Either way hopefully soon you’ll be less optimistic and just make sure you actually see it first with this team

Jacob Olson, stop living in the past. You don’t get brownie points for “rooting” for the Lions with seething hatred for them. If the Lions were a person you would have left, blocked or divorced them by now. No one cares about your badge of misery. Then again you wanted Simmons when his weakness is taking on blocks and that’s what the Lions LBs have to do. Plus you’re special enough to ignore the professionals saying Okudah is the likely pick since January.

Greg O’Leary okudah is slower and shorter than Simmons. Simmons could play corner and play safety if we needed along with being an amazing outside linebacker, which is our highest position of need. He’s also so big and fast he can line up in the edge and give us sacks. He had more interceptions than okudah as well. I’m living in the now dude there’s a difference from being pessimistic and being realistic
