    He had the most pressures of any other linebacker in NCAAF last year. I’d say he does more than just run stuff… he can cover as well… Seattle has a glaring hole at SAM after letting Kendricks go, the fact Brooks is a 3 down type of linebacker means he’ll see action from week 1. KJ hasn’t been the same since his injury, and IMO Wagner is on borrowed time (HOF linebacker, but just so many hits, eventually he’s getting injured and Brooks will be needed).

    Seattle also had one of the worst rush defenses last year (against run). Brooks who had the lowest missed tackle % of linebackers in NCAAF will help that.

    @KYREE KICKS eh… Cody did not play well last year and BBK … we’ll see. Neither have the raw talent or instincts that Brooks has. I liked the Barton pick, but his actual play last year was not that good.

    Team 12s nope. The Ravens and the Vikings were going to take him. Queen had a flashy year but Brooks is the more consistent option. He’s more play ready and Seattle’s in the win now mindset. He will probably win the starting job over BBK and Barton in preseason. He’s just bigger and more athletic

    Yep… and SURPRISE, we have a hole at SAM linebacker. Seattle was also one of the worst rush defenses last year (allowing high YPC), Wright has not been the same since his injury, and Wagner is getting older. I expect Brooks to start from week 1. He can cover, generated the most QB pressures in NCAAF last year for a linebacker, and has an EXTREMELY high tackle % rate. It’s actually nice to see Seattle not take another ‘project’ with their early pick and a more plug/play now guy.

This seemed unexpected. Is he worth it? looking for some information so feel free to tell me your opinions… If he can be the next wagner then its def worth it. But bobby is an all around great person. Thats hard to find.
