by building a strong o-line it helps our struggling defense. The longer the offense stays on the field the better it is for our defense. It wont help us at all if we go three and out consistently and a struggling defense plays more minutes that the offense. We should’ve built that o-line while Eli was there .

I didn’t see this coming. I was upset at first last night when we didn’t go Simmions because in my view he was the best player bc young was off and we did need an edge and simmions is a guy like golden last year who could get pressure on the QB. Now having said that, I understood our need 4 OT to better up our line. Solider and Remmers weren’t so hot last year but we did have decent interior pressure w will n Kevin. I felt that Thomas would have been there in the second round because the giants have a top 5 again pick in that round and I think we could have gone simmions 4th and 36th Thomas. But I see Thomas’s potential and am just praying he isn’t an Erick flowers
