it’s like i said on another video, the players the jets can get for him will have a MUCH bigger impact this year than jamal can. imagine two solid OLs, two solid WRs, an OL & EDGE, WR & CB, etc. the possibilities are endless
I don’t think we should look to trade our leader/captain/face of the team, but that being said if a team calls with a big offer then we’d be crazy if we didn’t consider, we’re looking at at least a first and third rounder this year plus extra which can really help us

I think Jamal is the best safety in the NFL since Ed Reed. That being said I don’t think he really wants to be here. He loves the spotlight of New York, I don’t think he want to be a Jet. We need many pieces and the draft is full of positions of need and we need to build through the draft and do it RIGHT. Get a first and possibly a second or a first and two third round picks.
He’s definitely the best strong safety but there has been better safeties in the league then him since Reed he shouldn’t be getting no 17 18 million a year 14 15 maybe
@GanGR33n93nyc 1 Not that does what Jamal can do. Derwin James is, if he stays healthy. Isaiah Simmons from Clemson will be the next great safety. He sets the next level of the position that any team would want. The price for Jamal is what I don’t think benefits the team in long run.

These reports ask some silly questions. Of course he’s not going to share what his draft plans are and any discussions he’d had with other teams. Why even ask.

It sounds more & more that Jamal will be Traded away for picks most likely next year at the draft. Then i will FINALLY BE DONE BEING A JETS FAN after 35yrs of pain & long suffering! Joe Douglas wants “HIS GUYS” & “Crazy eyes Gase guys” & they are slowly destroying this team & trading away all the previous draftees. Can’t do it all at once or the pissed off fan base would revolt in a NY Minute so they will bleed this team of it’s heart & soul first then rebuild slowly through the draft with all their guys just like every front office before it!
