Watch the video. I don’t think Mayock likes them guys as much as most people do. He also said before this call that he doesn’t think it’s wise to get a WR in the 1st round. He’ll probably get a WR in the 3rd or 4th.

@Troy Butcher We got somewhat the same idea. I think we trade down on both 1st Round Picks but remain in the 1st. Pick up a 2nd and a late rounder from the 12th. A late 2nd or early 3rd and a late rounder with the 19th. I believe Jefferson will be available in the 20’s. And then we can draft Terrell with the other late 1st.
Then we can use those 2nds and 3rds to move all around. But a WR I do like is Pittman from SC.

They need to at least draft 1 WR with picks they end up with from #12 & #19 (including if they trade down) .. *AND* they need to draft a second WR in the 3rd.

@StrykerEcks I agree about the City of Oakland but I’m talking about the fans I have been a die hard raider fan since I was four years old and I will always be simply because I cant figure out how not to . But they haven’t even played a game in Vegas and all of their charity goes to Vegas nothing for the people of the Oakland area I think is a mistake

@YoungPapi420 Yup. I could easily see us trading down and picking up maybe a 2nd but for sure a few 3rd Round picks. And using all our 3rd Rounds picks to move around the draft.

Yup. Unless a really good player falls to us at pick 12 or 19, I can see Mayock trading back and picking up a 2nd rounder.

@Charles Johnson I like them too. But is Lamb THAT much better than Aiyuk? Is Jeudy THAT much better than Jefferson? Is Riggs THAT much better than Reagor? As nice as those three are, I don’t see Julio Jones, Calvin Johnson, or Larry Fitzgerald.

@Daryl Dancy Jr The last part you said is true as neither of them are in the class of Johnson/Jones/Fitzgerald. Jeudy will probably be better than Calvin Ridley but not as good as Julio Jones. I guess I see someone like Lamb a little safer than Aiyuk who’s a little more raw.

@Charles Johnson Agree. I just look at past drafts. AJ Brown, Deebo Samuel, DK Metcalf, Terry McLaurin, Darius Slayton, Hunter Renfrow, Micheal Thomas, Keenan Allen, list goes on and on of guys who ball out but weren’t drafted early.

@Daryl Dancy Jr I just looked at some recent 1st round WRs and there’s quite a few of busts on there. Corey Coleman, Josh Doctson, Laquon Treadwell, Corey Davis, John Ross. I’m starting think Mayock might go defense then, especially if a stud falls to us at 12. Then 19 would either be trade down or defense again.
