    Hmmm… Maybe Vance for the start of the drive because he is better at blocking, and Ebron isn’t great outside the redzone, but in the redzone he is deadly.

Tomlin is getting a second wind as HC . Thinking out of the box making trades etc. Ebron will be a WR in the slot . Just wait and see . They know he doesn’t do well blocking so they will not ask him to do that . So much talent on this team , on both sides of the ball . The key to all of this is Ben , I pray he is ready to play . Ben will give Vance and Ebron many targets this year while he learns about young WR`S like Johnson and Washington . Smash mouth up the gut football if we can get a running game going.

    I bet he can become good at blocking. If you look at film it’s just something you feel about him. Let’s see if the Steelers take that route first year.

    All Steeler tight ends are expected to block & catch, no exceptions. Ebron can and will learn to block.

    And that’s part of the problem. The Steelers need to find a capable backup qb for Big Ben. He’s too old and worn down at this point to expect a full season out of him.

    @cybrhunk333 While it was a tiny sample size, what we saw of Mason during the Jets game was very promising, and was a huge improvement compared to that span of the Dolphins game to the 2nd Bengals game.

    Hopefully that was a sign of things to come.
