Is it just me or did the Bills fail this free agency?? like we didnt acquire top notch anything and we had almost 90 mill what happend?? No stud linebacker or defensive end… we signed a super old addison to the same contract lawson would of took and there is an 8 year age difference between them. And why is star on the team still dude is not that good like he was in Carolina
Edmund Piechowicz because. Most want to spend all on one player. Make a splash. You don’t win like that. Ask the jets. You win by spreading the money around. Having multiple players for rotations. Keeping them fresh.
Like they said, 9 new starters on offense last year. The need wasn’t as great this year.
It’s you and a few others who don’t understand how good Diggs is and how much his trickle down makes the entire offense completely different
Big John Stud yeah diggs. Will make not just Allen better since it seems he is always wide open. But will help big time our running game when we have 3 WRs like ours out there. Now no safety can come close to the line.
They offered Shaq the same money, he chose Miami, its not like they just let him go. Then they filled the hole with a productive vet. They could still draft a DE, either way the Defensive system is more of a rotation line then starting roles so they dont need a superstar. Its more important to have stars in the secondary or even linebacker core, so Milano and Edmunds with consistency in the DB’s, with the addition of Norman, are going to strengthen the D more so than any “Stud” Free Agent. Beane has done a great job IMO.

Addisons contract was more then Shaqs… makes me think we were interested in Addison before Shaq? Eric Washington attracted Addison and Butler, worked in the same rotation that McDermott and Fraizer offer
Ernest Deitz well Shaq is younger. But we needed someone that can rush the passer more Addison is light years ahead of Shaq on that. 40 sacks last 4 years. And he will be kept fresh since we rotate guys. As a pure rusher. He is a huge upgrade.
@HAVANA SCP I liked Shaq, even at Clemson, but he chose what was best for him. I would like to stay younger but they took the chance and moved on. We could still get a player in the draft and develop them as well. I personally think they want competition and will see who makes the cut, dont be surprised when Murphy gets cut
Ernest Deitz oh I would love for the bills to cut Murphy. That saves us 8 mill. We could use that for another de. Or pay tre white now easier. Before he hits free agency next year.
@HAVANA SCP White is never hitting FA.. lol, with the addition of Norman the competition will be crazy this Summer, might be the best Secondary in Football and White will get paid for it.

with 8 picks, if Claypool falls to the 40’s I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Bills trade up , there is no way they keep all 8 picks

Personally I think we still need lots of help on the offensive line . But I would mostly focus on defense in this draft mostly the depth , as last year we focused on the offense mostly
