Norman will succeed in many areas in this locker room. Leader Big Brother to Tre and will also put up numbers. Management has a tendency of getting the best out of older guys.

Josh Norman to Buffalo is the perfect storm. The fact that Levi Wallace and Kevin Johnson rotated last season, Im sure we will see a rotation this season with Wallace and Norman. Keeping Norman fresh throughout the season. $18 million health facility is attracting old vets because they want to extend their careers. Norman is a great tackler and will benefit from McDermotts zone scheme
Josh Norman’s Redemption. Not the main story certainly but a very interesting subplot. I’m hooked. Can’t wait for the next episode.
Bills rely heavy on their CBs to be the ones to tackle the running back on any play not running through the A-gap pretty much(you saw how we kept Lamar in check the whole game(stringing him to the edges,to me this was Shaqs best quality for us he really played the run so technically sound and so does Trent and Jerry ) K.C. mimicked our scheme perfectly to beat Baltimore. I think this will all depend on what Norman brings work ethic and “DNA” wise to our room.I really do not think our braintrust would give him a sniff if they thought he (for any reason at all) would not be a fit for our room (its way to harmonious to mess with) He will be told to be “vanilla” with the media and social media (coach McDerrmot reminds this to the players in his locker room after every game win or lose. I have total trust in Beane knowing the players he brings in (from an off the field perspective and of course on the field) We are better at what we do with his addition for sure (I am not gonna suggest massively better but from a depth and experience/systematic knowledge we sure are not worse) In year 4 Tre is one of our leaders and he is a gym rat he has shown me everything I want to see in a top pro for 3 seasons and i do not feel like Norman is brought here like Frank Gore(love that human) was last season.He was a blessing for Singletarry in showing him work + talent translates to successes quickly as a pro. Tre to me got robbed for best defensive player last year i saw every New England game last year and Gilmore was terrific but not Tre terrific (in his overall body of work) and I will say the Linebacker Collins when he was healthy was the pats biggest stud (against the Bills he was super dominant) Levi is the “zone corner sure tackler” that will benefit from having Norman this season if anyone.We are gonna see more low gamble additions to our roster and I truly believe our G.M. is going to have us in a position to be a top threat to win it all this or next season and i CAN NOT WAIT!
