@Matthew McGonigal There are extents to which teams use it though…Most teams do NOT take an analytics approach over sound football guys. They’re in the room…but they don’t call the shots typically like it will be in Cleveland now/again

@Matthew McGonigal Our team needs a hard nosed disciplinary coach and that fact is going right over Jimmy and Depodestas heads in that they’re looking for the ‘smartest guys’ aka ivy league hires. If the ivy leage were so great Harvard would be OSU, and etc. These ivy league guys are betas who won’t bring any discipline to our team. The teams personalities again will run the show — some things analytics won’t fix. And no, as technology has progressed so has analytics. The thing that the Browns are doing that is suspect is using analytics to hire a coach in the sense of their ability to run a fortune 500 company instead of a FOOTBALL team. But then again that’s all the team is to Jimmy is $$$ and as long as fools like you buy in and go to the games he doesn’t care if we win or not — obviously. It’s time for Jimmy to sell the team to the right person and go back to the sticks.
