Following coaches should be let go:
Swartz, Groh, QB Coach, WR coach.

He’s literally admitted that he has learned from having an old team that he knows he needs to go younger, give him a chance to do that, nobodies perfect . Nobody wins the Super Bowl every year, but this team has been put in the opportunity to compete for 3 straight years, not many teams can say that. The Pats didn’t win a super bowl in the Brady bellichek era for a 10 year span, many people forget that. Groh was instrumental in making a game plan for a late season run as well as Doug and Walsh, groh deserves another year to grow in the system as OC. Go look at Matt Ryan and his changing OCs and the effect it had on him. I know every Eagles fan thinks they are smarter then every player and coach and medical staff (last one probably) but they are gaining a lot of experience through these trial and errors, it’s only a matter of time until the football injury gods spare us and allow us to take a mostly healthy team to the Super Bowl. You all sound like we are the Browns right now.

We shall see!!! Drafting has not been good these last two years to me; with the exception of Miles Sanders We need Corners, and NOT recycled Corners!!!!! Give us a good wide receiver or two…Deal with these injuries and get a nutritionist in that squad for goodness sake! We fans expect much because we pay much to go to these games! I’m proud of the Eagles this year, for what we had, but we need to build up this team with better trades and Draft picks!! Go Eagles!!!!
Lion Mane completely agree, he also said the reason they probably missed on some draft picks is because they didn’t have many the past couple years, which is their own fault but still with less choices they are more inclined to reach for certain players but also a much less chance to be successful without more opportunities to draft plyers

I love Howie yes he’s not perfect but he’s damn good. He’s all about accountability and no excuses, and about results. He doesn’t give blanket statements or vague answers like Doug. One of the best gMs in the league

You stole my list. We need a REAL offensive coordinator so bad. A Defensive coordinator that knows how to blitz. Bringing the house is not the only way to blitz Schwartz.

This draft is so important. Honestly its the most important in our history. This draft will say a lot of what we’ve learned being NFL champs. We have to get it right to cover the next 2-4 years.
