I wouldn’t fire anyone. It’s a major rebuild and was always gonna take 3yrs to start seeing results. People are funny. Everyone expects Gmen to stink this yr and especially so if they ended up going with a rookie QB most of the yr. Then when that does happen and they stink, people say “fire everyone!”..smh
@Adrian bro they played a 22yr old rookie QB most of the yr and when there not, they use Eli, a well past his prime aging QB. They just need to keep gaining experience and add a few more pieces , which they will be able to do with one more draft picking early, as well as most cap space we’ve had coming up, since Getty took over. Also dosent help when your using a rook QB , you have never had your core pass catchers all playing and your star RB missed time as well , and when he’s been playing , alot of the time, he’s favored that ankle.
From Tates suspension first 4games of yr, to Shepard missing a bunch of games because multiple Concussions, to Engram missing a ton of games and now going under the knife, to Rhett Ellison a d so on and so forth.
Next yr is the yr imo where coaches and GMs possibly get fired. If your actually using any context which seems to be a foreign concept to social media nowadays , that should be easy to see.
Stiltmans Stilt pat shurmur has a career record of 18-45 and has been coaching in the NFL for about 10 years, I expect much better of a coach of NFL quality. Pretty much half of the defence is rookies, so they were pretty much tossed into the fire with this complex defence scheme, and you see the results, on offence there is no special plays made for our best weapon Barkley except to send him up the gut and see what happens, It’s not good
I was trying to be positive but after a nine game losing streak and seeing nothing change, coaching staff has to change
Stiltmans Stilt you make a good point with all the injuries but shurmur still has some of his own issues that he seems to refuse to address, multiple interviews after losses where he blames the players
When you start 5-11, you want at least some improvement. Now we’re going 4-12 or 3-13
