My God I’m so glad the Bills hired this guy.
Sean’s done a great job. He’s shown the correct amount of patience with Josh and Sean correctly realizes that Josh has huge upside potential. Josh will certainly make mistakes here and there but he’s obviously a smart guy; a QB doesn’t score 37 on the Wonderlic test if he’s a dummy. I’ve been tracking Josh’s stats and watching him progress and personally, I think the sky’s the limit. Bring on the Patriots. I don’t want the Bills to win; I want the Bills to drive the Patriots into the turf.
California Dreaming Josh is playing at a Pro Bowl level. People don’t bring up the facts that the Bills lead the league in drops, are last in YAC and have the shortest WR’s in the league. The film don’t lie there are a few videos here on Youtube of people breaking down how well Allen is playing despite the lack of true elite targets that he has to work with. What a great learning experience this year has been for him because when they finally get him legit targets through F/A and draft the game will be so easy for him and should turn into a stat machine going forward of 2020. The kid is the real deal.

Pretty incredible and fortunate to have a coach that does not waver from his vision for this team. While some fans and media are impatient he holds his line on culture and belief. I can’t tell you enough how fortunate we are as Bills fans to have this level of conviction!
